captain 2011

On the 24th September, I was elected Captain of WPGHS. I am over the moon at the moment, mostly because I not only proved that I was different but I also got my wish- I became the first islander captain of this school, and of our area. My family, friends, teachers and best friend are happy, and I'm so greatful I have them. I might have deserved this role or not, but I am si happy that I have The Lord by myself. I prayed to him and wished to have this role and God loved me enough to give me it. I just want to take this time to thank God for everything he has done, and I am so thankful that he has given me this role. I now have confidence to stand up to everything and and everyone. I love you Lord, you are my light. I want to thank my best friends especially Jyoti, eho has stuvk by me through thick and thin. she is the only one who can see my faults and actually tells me about it. I am so greatful I have a best friend like her, so greatful. Also want to thank my teachers especially my english teacher and the music teacher, who have been there and supported me throughout my quest on life as a bullied victim. Mr G, the schools music teacher, actually offered me help, and he was the only one who did so. As for my english advanced teacher, she has given me so much confidence to become who are I am today. I swear the teachers at WPGHS have changed in my perspective, and o am so greatful. Thank you to all of those who wished me support, I love you all, sincerely, Mel.
